Salaried GP

Goodcare Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our team for three to four sessions per week on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2027. We are a well-established GP practice serving approximately 10,000 patients in West London. This is an additional post intended to increase our clinical capacity and provide greater continuity of care for our patients. Working days are negotiable, and we will aim to agree a suitable pattern with the successful candidate. Applications are welcomed from both newly qualified and experienced GPs. Any newly qualified applicant must have completed CCT and be eligible for inclusion on the GMC GP Register and NHS England Medical Performers List before commencing employment. The successful candidate will receive an annualised salary of £11,000 per weekly session. The post is funded until 31 March 2027. Any continuation beyond this date would be subject to a review of the practices requirements and available funding and cannot be guaranteed.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality general medical services to the practice population and work collaboratively with the wider clinical and administrative team. Key responsibilities will include: Undertaking face-to-face, telephone and digital consultations.

Assessing, diagnosing and managing patients presenting with acute and long-term conditions.

Prescribing safely and appropriately in accordance with current guidance and the practice formulary.
