Support GP partners, manage clinical caseload, and lead on disease areas. Develop appropriate healthcare services for a diverse patient list. Conduct surgery consultations, telephone consultations, and home visits. Make autonomous decisions, assess healthcare needs, and screen for disease risk factors. Develop care plans, provide counselling, and health education. Admit/discharge patients, record consultation notes, and collect audit data. Compile and issue computer-generated prescriptions. Recoup private fees. Undertake all normal duties of a GP. Comply with policies, ensure lifelong learning, contribute to audits and clinical standards. Contribute to patient records and attend training/events. Maintain confidentiality and follow health and safety guidelines. Support equality, diversity, and patients' rights. Participate in mentorship and supervision. Engage in continued education and professional development. Strive to maintain quality, alert team members, and manage time effectively. Communicate with team members, patients, and carers. Apply policies and guidelines, participate in clinical audits.
