Salaried GP

We are looking for a compassionate GP to join our team, dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. The Practice is committed to delivering high quality patient care which requires us to have a supportive and cohesive team. We currently have 6 sessions available in our team. The location will be The Meadows Surgery, Thrapston NN14 4GD. We offer Terms and Conditions equivalent to the BMA model contract. Deliver safe, evidence based clinical care including acute, chronic, and preventative consultations. Work efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient allocation and reduce unnecessary GP workload. Provide continuity of care and support complex cases, with particular benefit from mental health colleagues. Contribute to improved workflow by minimising unnecessary admin through effective delegation and process optimisation. Participate in clinical meetings, MDT discussions, and monthly protected learning time. Engage in personal development and appraisal processes, with opportunities for progression into leadership roles. Uphold the organisations values, fostering a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive culture.

The Meadows is a well established and highly regarded practice serving a list size of 6500 patients. Our clinical team includes Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and First Contact Physiotherapists. This structure allows patients to be seen by the most appropriate clinician and supports safe, efficient care delivery.
