Salaried GP

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Salaried General Practitioner to join our supportive and well-established GP practice. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and patient-centred primary medical care to our registered population. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GP or a recently qualified GP looking to develop their career within a friendly, collaborative, and forward thinking general practice. Flexible working arrangements may be considered. We are ideally looking for a GP who can undertake 6 to 8 sessions per week.

The postholder will deliver a full range of general medical services, providing face-to-face, telephone and digital consultations as appropriate. Responsibilities include the assessment, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, safe and effective prescribing, undertaking home visits when clinically indicated, and making appropriate referrals to secondary care and community services. The role also involves maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, participating in clinical governance, audits and quality improvement activity, contributing to safeguarding and health promotion initiatives.

Richmond Medical Group is a busy and well-established GP training practice serving approximately 17,880 patients with a team of around 50 staff. We are based in South West London and work closely with our Primary Care Network and local health partners.
