About the role
Do you share our Health Board values; Caring for each other; Working together; Always improving? If so, we would love for you to come and work for Swansea Bay University HB.
The Senior Clinical Fellow in Neonatology and Neonatal Neurodevelopment is a 12‑month post (with possible extension) at Singleton Hospital, Swansea Bay UHB. Suitable for neonatal GRID trainees, post‑CCT fellows, or doctors seeking OOP experience in neonatology, paediatric neurology, neurodisability or community child health. We aim for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible, ideally May–July 2026. The role combines advanced neonatal care with a strong neurodevelopmental focus, including hands‑on assessment, MDT working and early intervention. The fellow will join daytime neurodevelopment activity and the tier‑2 rota, with training opportunities in POCUS, echo, simulation, education, governance and research within a supportive tertiary unit.
