As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include delivering high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery. You will closely work with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan. You are expected to maintain quality within the practice with participation in clinical governance activities and contribute to the improvement in quality health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. Clinical care could involve consultation sessions in person and by video, telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews, and prescription signing, clinical administration, safeguarding lead, medicals, reports, home visits, surgery meetings, and on-call duties (excluding out of hours). You should adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set by the GMC and prioritize individual patient care. Additionally, you will work with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development, delivery, and review of the surgery action plan including list growth, patient satisfaction levels, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, resource profile, and cost management.
