Limited documents thanks to streamlined workflow and experienced admin support. Prescriptions shared fairly across the GP team. Total triage system already embedded and working well

Bi-weekly morning huddles space to catch up, share cases, and support each other. Monthly Lunch & Learn sessions A training practice with a regular GP trainees Experienced nursing team independently managing Diabetes, COPD and Asthma.

Purposebuilt premises just off the M5 (J24) Sister site 1.5 miles away EMIS Web, Accurx, Ardens Nurse led chronic disease management CQC rated Good High QOF achievement Active PCN involvement and ARRS roles
