Locum GP

We are seeking a GMC registered GP to support the Enhanced Access Service for StockWellBeing Primary Care Network in Lambeth. Shift: Friday; 16:00 20:00 The successful candidate will provide face-to-face consultations for patients registered across five local GP practices, helping to improve access to high-quality primary care outside core practice hours.

Main Duties Undertake face to face GP consultations Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of primary care presentations Prescribe and refer appropriately in line with local and national guidance Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS Web Work collaboratively with practice and PCN colleagues
