About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Clinical Fellow (FY3 Doctor equivalent) Locally Employed Doctor to join our friendly, enthusiastic team at Queens Hospital, Burton on Trent, University Hospitals Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust (UHDB). The UHDB Haematology service currently provides care up to Level 2b (BCSH 2010), with plans for a shared care arrangement, repatriating autologous stem cell transplant patients at day +1, to be implemented in the near future. Please note: We typically receive a high volume of applications for locally employed doctor posts and we will therefore only shortlist candidates who meet the Essential criteria. Please do not apply if you do not meet the essential criteria as listed on the post, as this leads to significant clinician time reviewing applications from applicants who will not be shortlisted. Please be aware that due to the high volume of applications received for these posts, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the given closing date.
This is a 12 month fixed term post for a JCF/FY3 doctor based at Queens Hospital in Burton but includes a requirement to work across other UHDB sites should the need arise.
