Key Responsibilities: Clinical Consultations: Conducting both telephone and face-to-face consultations with patients to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions. Prescribing medications and treatments as necessary. Providing advice on general health, lifestyle, and disease prevention. Chronic Disease Management: Managing patients with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Implementing care plans and monitoring patients' progress. Health Promotion: Promoting health and well-being through patient education and preventive measures. Encouraging lifestyle changes to improve overall health. Emergency Care: Responding to urgent medical situations and emergencies. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in emergency cases.
