About the role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic GP who can provide maternity cover for 6 months to join our friendly and multidisciplinary team. You will be supported to deliver outstanding care to our diverse patient population while enjoying a balanced and manageable workload.
Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to registered patients. Conduct face-to-face, and telephone consultations. Manage acute and chronic conditions effectively. Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in line with current guidelines. Work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to deliver integrated care.

Person specification
Essential
- Medical Degree - Primary medical qualification (e.g. MBBS, MBChB) recognised by the General Medical Council (GMC). GMC Registration - Full and unrestricted registration with the GMC, including a licence to practise. NHS Performer List - Inclusion on the England (or relevant UK nations) Medical Performers List. MRCGP Qualification - Successful completion of MRCGP (Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners) or equivalent for CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in General Practice.
Desirable
- Diplomas or certificates in areas such as: - DRCOG (Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists) - DFSRH (Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare) - Diploma in Dermatology, Minor Surgery, Mental Health, etc.
