The role of General Practitioner at Operose Health focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care to patients, aiming to enhance access, outcomes, and patient experience in primary care. The GP will undertake a mix of in-person and video consultation sessions, telephone triage, and handle various administrative and clinical tasks, including safeguarding, medicals, reports, and prescription signing. The position involves contributing to the surgery's operational plan and is aimed at maintaining and improving practice quality, ensuring adherence to clinical governance and CQC standards. The ideal candidate should have current registration with the GMC and NHS performers list, be experienced with GP accreditation, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering patient-focused services. Knowledge of systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb is beneficial. The package includes up to £112,500 annual salary, full indemnity cover, and additional benefits like private medical insurance, and support for further professional development.
