Salaried GP

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Salaried GP for our two partners and three salaried GP practice in Brentford. We are looking for someone to join our team for 4 sessions, Tuesday all day and Thursday all day. We run a total triage appointment system. Currently, our practice is fully staffed by a friendly and caring team who work together to provide excellent patient care. We have a team of skilled professionals consisting of 5 GPs, 1 ANP, 1 nurse, 2 HCAs, 1 pharmacist, and a pharmacist technician. Our list size is about 8100 with an interesting mixed demographic. We are active within our PCN and our PCN staff consists of pharmacists, first contact physio, a social prescriber, mental health advisor, a paramedic and a diabetes specialist. We are rated Good by CQC and we use SystmOne. We value best practice, support one another, and focus on professional development and flexibility for our staff. We have several meetings including clinical and practice meetings. We encourage progress in leadership and special interests. Informal visits or discussions with GP partners are welcome.

The appointed Salaried GP will provide medical services for the practice population to a high standard, including day-to-day activities such as Online triage and advice, face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations, Home visits, checking and signing off electronic prescriptions, processing test results, scanning and appropriate administration to ensure accurate records, patient continuity and quality care.
