The General Practitioner will be required to deliver high-quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery, working closely with clinical leads and local practice teams to support the delivery of the surgeries' operational plan. Responsibilities include maintaining quality within the practice through participation in clinical governance activities, audit, and the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF). This includes consultation sessions in person, by video, and telephone triage. Other duties involve safeguarding lead, medicals, reports, home visits, surgery meetings, and on-call duties. The ideal candidate should possess a strong commitment to quality patient services, sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, and CQUINs, and ideally a working knowledge of clinical systems like SystmOne or EMISweb. They must be registered with the GMC and NHS performers list with GP accreditation.
