As a General Practitioner at the Flying Scotsman Health Centre, you are tasked to deliver high-quality clinical care to registered patients. You will work closely with clinical leads and the practice team to support the operational plan, maintain quality within the practice, and contribute to health outcomes improvement through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. This role encompasses a variety of consultations, including in-person, video, and telephone triage, alongside clinical administration tasks. Collaboration with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead is key to developing, delivering, and reviewing the surgery action plan, enhancing patient satisfaction, achieving standards like CQC, and managing resources. A commitment to the highest personal and professional standards is essential.
