About the role

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly, forward-thinking practice. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where high-quality patient care, teamwork and professional development genuinely matter.

You will deliver safe, effective and compassionate medical care to our diverse patient population, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. We value collaboration, innovation and kindness - and we actively support our clinicians to develop special interests and shape services. Sessions: 6-8 Sessions.Flexible working days available, a Thursday is required. Interviews to take place on Friday 8th May 2026

You will provide high-quality clinical care to patients across all age groups, managing both acute and long-term conditions in a busy general practice. The role includes face-to-face, home visits, telephone and digital consultations, working closely with the wider team to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care.

Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, social prescribers, care coordinators and a skilled reception and administrative team, all working together to deliver safe, effective and patient-centred services.

Person specification

Essential

Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) with a licence to practise
Inclusion on the NHS England GP Performers List
MRCGP or equivalent qualification
Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Eligible to work in the UK
Experience of working in a GP practice
Experience of working in primary care

Desirable

Postgraduate qualification or special interest in an area relevant to primary care
Evidence of involvement in audit, quality improvement or service development
Training or experience in teaching, mentoring or supervision
