Salaried GP

Blossom Health Gosport is looking to recruit a salaried GP to cover 4-8 sessions per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly forward-thinking practice in Gosport. Located on the ground floor of Gosport War Memorial Hospital and with a rapidly expanding practice list size of 5975 patients our current practice team is made up of 2 Salaried GPs, 2 prescribing ANPs, a practice nurse, respiratory nurse, diabetic nurse, an advanced HCA and a Phlebotomist all supported by our friendly reception and admin teams.

You will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.

We have an excellent working relationship with our neighbouring practices via our PCN with access to Pharmacists and Pharmacy technicians, First Contact Practitioners, Health and Well Being Coaches and Social Prescribers. Rated Good across all areas by CQC, the surgery has an incredibly friendly atmosphere, and everyone has an opportunity to offer suggestions and voice opinions on the development of services. Overall, we are a patient centred practice with a strong ethos of teamwork and support. We pride ourselves on strong leadership, good communication and relationships and a positive culture. Salary is negotiable & will be proportionate to the level of experience and responsibility.
