Salaried GP

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our dedicated clinical team. You will be supported by an experienced and collaborative multidisciplinary team, including GPs, pharmacist, nurses HCA, and administrative staff, all working together to deliver high-quality care to our diverse patient population. Our standard GP day runs from 8am- 3.30pm or 11am-6.30pm, you are not required to be here all day. We encourage our GPs to have a good work life balance. As part of the Westminster Living Well PCN, we are an innovative and forward-thinking practice, actively exploring the use of AI and digital solutions to support the daily needs of our patients and enhance service delivery. Clinical Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to all registered and temporary patients. Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Manage acute and chronic conditions in line with national and local guidelines. Undertake home visits when clinically appropriate. Participate in care planning and health promotion for patients with long-term conditions. Issue prescriptions safely and appropriately in accordance with practice and NHS policy. Review test results, hospital letters, and correspondence promptly. Ensure accurate and timely clinical record keeping using SystmOne.
