The role of a General Practitioner at Operose Health includes providing high-quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery, working closely with clinical leads, and supporting the delivery of the surgery's operational plan. Responsibilities include ensuring quality within the practice, contributing to improved health outcomes, participating in clinical governance activity, and adhering to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC. The role emphasizes patient care as a priority and requires collaboration with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead. Duties involve consultation sessions, telephone triage, managing clinical administration, and contributing to practice achievements of CQC standards and Quality and Outcomes Framework targets. Candidates should be experienced doctors with GP accreditation and must have current registration with GMC and NHS performers list.
