Salaried GP

We are a patient centred GP surgery committed to providing accessible, high-quality care in a rural, Dispensing Practice, currently serving 5,400 patients. We place a strong emphasis on continuity of care and seeing patients in person wherever clinically appropriate. We are supportive and collaborative team that values good communication, professional development, and a positive working environment.

Our practice is accredited by the GP Deanery of Kent, Surrey and Sussex as a suitable practice for doctors in training. We regularly have GP trainees, Foundation Years doctors and medical students working with us at the surgery.

Deliver a mix of routine and urgent GP consultation (face to face and telephone as clinically appropriate) Manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions Provide appropriate prescribing, investigation and referrals Ensure safe and effective clinical decision-making and safety-netting Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team Participate in clinical meetings and practice development activities
