Experience of working in UK general practice Experience in maintaining patients records at an acceptable standard for audit purposes To understand the patients perspective in developing and delivering quality services The ability to develop close working partnerships between individuals, teams, and organisations Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Support and contribute to the development of Practice clinical procedures and protocols Good IT Skills - and in particular a commitment and willingness to engage with and pro-actively use EMIS Web: Tasks : Workflow: EPS, NHS e-Referral service and any other in house - bespoke GP practice management IT systems. Ability to support and mentor GP Registrars, Medical Students and other allied Health Professionals Ability to effectively manage surgeries and accurately input patient data onto the clinical system in a timely manner Take an active role and contribute to Practice meetings Take pride in your work and enjoy your job

Our supportive collaborative 'group' way of working enables us to provide each practice with cross cover when required. We have adopted innovative ways of working, and by having a central management team, we are able to take the administrative practice management burden away from clinicians so they can focus on clinical work.There are always exciting opportunities for Clinicians to take on, grow and develop clinical leadership roles or to get more involved in the management of our practices if they wish to do so. We have invested in developing innovative and digital ways of working to support our clinicians and effectively manage patient demand.Clinicians are welcome to develop their specialist areas of interest and we are always interested in taking on GP's who wish to develop new and more fulfilling ways of working, especially with a digital focus. We are closely involved with our PCN's and take an active role in their growth and development. The exciting work we are able to do at a PCN level enables us to work at a community level to improve population health across our PCN's as well as improve the range of services our patients are able to access.
