Salaried GP

If you are looking for a rewarding and challenging role where you can make a difference to patients, Glebe Park Surgery are looking for a 6 session salaried GP to join our team. We have recently moved into bigger purpose built premises and are looking to grow our clinical team.

The post-holder will make him/her-self available to undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork, referrals and correspondence in a timely manner. Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self referred or referred from other health care workers within the Practice. Assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems. Screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness. In general, the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.

We are a growing practice with over 7500 patients. Located in the north of the vibrant university city of Lincoln. Our team consists of 1 GP Partner, 3 Salaried GP's 2 ACP's. We work collaboratively with 8 other local practices as a member of the IMP PCN group. We value the input of staff members in the development of services within the practice.
