As a valued member of the Operose Health team, a General Practitioner will deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery, supporting clinical leads and the local practice team to deliver the operational plan. The role involves maintaining quality within the practice, participating in clinical governance activities, and contributing to improvements in health outcomes. Clinical care will be provided to patients as per the job plan and in line with the total triage model, including consultations (in person and by video), telephone triage, and other clinical administration tasks. The role also requires adhering to the highest personal and professional standards as outlined by the GMC and prioritizing individual patient care. Collaboration with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead is essential for the successful development, delivery, and review of the surgery action plan.
