Salaried GP - Fixed Term Contract

We are pleased to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, forward thinking, friendly and supportive team in the Earlsdon area of Coventry; part of Go West PCN. We are a high QOF achieving practice and pride ourselves on working collaboratively to support all team members. We are looking for a salaried GP on a fixed term contract to cover 7 sessions a week from June - December 2026 (maternity leave) Our Practice Director is is also a Director for Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance. We have a active Patient Participation Group whose members include Healthwatch representatives. We outsource our private reports and have strong links with community organisations. Salary £10,500 per session depending upon skills and experience

You will need to have the skills to resolve and manage issues as they arise and be able to prioritise your workload, be flexible for the needs of the business and able to consider business constraints and service user needs. You will also need to have a consistent and compassionate approach with our service users at all times. Liaising with patients and colleagues is a key part of the role so you must have an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills, be reliable, trustworthy, and have a caring and empathetic manner. Good IT skills and experience are essential
