Salaried GP in Primary Care Network (ARRS)

Are you an enthusiastic and dynamic General Practitioner looking to join a thriving and supportive team? North Halifax PCN is a well-established network of four collaborative practices delivering outstanding care to our population for over 7 years. Our vision is to build services that improve patient outcomes, share clinical skills consistently, ease practice workload, and continue to develop our premises . We are looking for a GP to join us on a salaried contract. We will consider applications for 5 sessions with a start date as soon as possible. The hours of work are by agreement during our core business hours 08:00 - 18:30h. The post holder will work either from the hub or on a rota basis between the member practices, supporting our practices with GP access and appointments . We are a highly supportive PCN and the practices all work closely within the PCN, understanding the importance of a good work/life balance with patient centred care. A training budget will be invested in your development during this contract. We will work with you to tailor a package of training support and study leave that will give you the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding to thrive in the early years of your career.
