Salaried General Practitioner

The post holder will support the Senior Partner, Managing Partner and the two GP Partners to manage a busy, interesting clinical caseload ensuring the highest standard of care for all registered and temporary patients. The post holder will carry out all the duties reasonably expected of an NHS General Practitioner using the standards expected by the GMC and RCGP in line with appropriate national and/or local guidelines.

This role is for a Salaried General Practitioner at The Croft Practice, working 4 sessions per week on a permanent contract with a salary of £61,581.92 per annum. The GP will manage a varied clinical caseload, delivering high-quality care to registered and temporary patients. Responsibilities include: Conducting face-to-face, telephone, and electronic consultations

Participating in same-day/urgent care rotas

Carrying out occasional home visits

Managing long-term conditions such as asthma and diabetes

Prescribing medication and handling repeat prescriptions

Completing patient records, referrals, reports, and correspondence

The role also involves contributing to practice organisation, maintaining accurate patient records, attending team meetings, and complying with NHS, GMC, and practice policies.
