Norfolk Primary Care is looking for a compassionate and motivated Salaried GP to join our Vulnerable Adult Service at Under One Roof in Norwich. This is an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality, person-centred primary care to adults experiencing multiple disadvantage, including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health conditions and social exclusion. You will work closely with support workers, nurses and partner organisations to improve access to healthcare for some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
This is a fully onsite clinical role based at Under One Roof, Norwich. Attendance on site is required for all contracted sessions.
