Salaried GP

Are you a Salaried GP looking for a new opportunity in Primary Care? GPS Healthcare is currently seeking a Salaried GP to join our dedicated team, delivering care across our six practices in Solihull. Were looking for motivated and passionate individuals who value the core principles of General Practice continuity of care, strong patient relationships, and collaborative working. This role offers 4 sessions per week on Thursday & Friday at our GPS Healthcare Surgery (Location to be Confrimed) providing flexibility to suit your availability. We actively support our GPs in developing areas of special interest and encourage involvement in roles that align with personal passion and practice needs supporting both professional growth and practice innovation.

The post holder will provide the full range of general medical services managing a caseload with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, in line with the GPS Healthcare objectives of providing the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients

To support the clinical and administrative team to manage a busy and interesting clinical caseload. There will be the opportunity over time to take part in leading on key disease areas and assist in developing appropriate healthcare services for a diverse patient list. Involvement in audits, practice & service developments, QI work, teaching and GSF/MDT meetings Reception Signposting a priority, GP Workflow Administrators and an Acute Care Team A team of Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, ANPs and Social Prescribers to support GPs and patients
