About the role
The role will be for Consultant to input to a well-established viral hepatology programme in the QE Birmingham, in a busy out-patient programme. Commitments will include viral clinics, viral MDT, general Hepatology clinics and some Autoimmune clinics. An endoscopy list will be available along with MDTS including transplant, Autoimmune, viral, HCC and histopathology. Ward commitments are not fixed or are on call but to be discussed with CSL on appointment. CNS supervision will be mandatory along with service development.
*A fully trained and experienced independent Hepatologist *Active research portfolio *Experience in Hepatology, autoimmune disease and viral hepatitis. *Interest in viral liver disease research. *Interest in protocol and pathway development.
