Salaried GP - Fixed Term Contract

The post holder will provide safe, effective, and compassionate general medical services to registered and temporary patients, in line with NHS standards and practice protocols. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering both face-to-face and telephone consultations, ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient experience

Managing a varied clinical caseload, including acute presentations, chronic disease management, preventive care, and minor illness/injury

Providing timely clinical administration, including referrals, prescribing, results management, and correspondence

Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records in accordance with GMC and practice requirements

Participating in duty doctor and triage sessions as required

Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to support safe, efficient patient care

Contributing to clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives where appropriate
