Salaried GP

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for a Fixed Term Salaried GP position (7 sessions) to join our friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated team. As a General Practitioner you will provide high-quality patient centered care whilst working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role includes routine clinical sessions, duty triage, telephone and face to face consultations.

Provide high quality clinical care to patients in line with GMC and RCGP standards Undertake a mix of telephone, face to face, and triage consultations Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs Support duty doctor sessions as part of the clinical rota Review pathology results, documents, and correspondence (supported by digital automation tools) Contribute to clinical meetings, MDT discussions, and practice development Engage in CPD, appraisal, and revalidation activities Work collaboratively with the wider MDT, including pharmacy, and nursing teams Maintain accurate, timely clinical records using EMIS and Docman Practice Systems & Digital Tools -EMIS Web -Docman -AccuRx and NHSApp for patient access and messaging

Market Quarter Medical Practice is a well established GP practice in Rugby, Warwickshire with a patient list of 8,400. We are a training practice with a clinical team consisting of 2 GP Partners, 3 salaried GP's, 1 ANP, 1 Nurse and 1 HCA. We are supported by PCN additional roles - First Contact Physiotherapist, Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Social Prescriber, Occupational Therapy, Dietician, Podiatry, GP Assistant, Mental Health & Wellbeing nurses, Enhanced Access team.
