GP - Enhanced Access GP - Evening and Weekends

E4 Primary Care Network (PCN) delivers a well-established and highly regarded Enhanced Access and Same Day Access Service on behalf of its member GP practices across Chingford. The service provides timely, high-quality care to registered patients through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach, helping to improve access to primary care services and patient outcomes. Operating from a dedicated hub in the centre of the E4 PCN, the service offers a wide range of clinical appointments and specialist services, including General Practice, Same Day Access, First Contact Physiotherapy, NHS Health Checks and Blood Pressure Checks, Wound Care, Phlebotomy, Sexual Health Services, Spirometry, Nursing Services, Minor Surgery, and Joint Injection Clinics. The service is supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team comprising GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Physiotherapists, GP Assistants, Administrators, and other allied healthcare professionals. Working closely with our member practices, the team delivers integrated, patient-centred care while supporting the wider objectives of the Primary Care Network. We are seeking reliable motivated and patient-focused GP's with good time keeping skills to join our team and contribute to the continued development and delivery of accessible, high-quality primary care services for the residents of Chingford.

FOR EOI IN THIS ROLE CONTACT wahida.rahman@nhs.net The GP will provide high-quality clinical care within the E4 PCN Enhanced Access and Same Day Access Service, delivering safe, effective and patient-centred consultations for individuals referred via GP practices, NHS 111 and urgent care services. The role involves the assessment, diagnosis and management of a wide range of acute and primary care presentations, ensuring care is delivered in line with national and local evidence-based guidelines. The postholder will be responsible for making appropriate prescribing decisions, requesting and interpreting investigations, and initiating timely referrals to secondary care or other healthcare services where clinically indicated. Accurate and comprehensive clinical record keeping is essential for all patient interactions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the GP will collaborate closely with colleagues across primary care and allied health services to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care. The role also requires clear communication with patients regarding their care and the scope of the service, as well as maintaining professional standards in line with GMC requirements, local policies and clinical governance frameworks.
