Westcroft Health Centre hosts a wonderful team of 6 doctors and Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, HCA's, & Clinical Pharmacist's on a Part-Time or Full-Time basis. We are a very friendly and supportive training practice. We believe it is very important to achieve a good work life balance, and to maintain a good feeling of job satisfaction. Unfortunately, this has become a worsening challenge in the current climate across the NHS, so to address this, we actively look into ensuring that our team is not over-burdened by these pressures and that your hard work is appreciated. We believe strongly in team support, and as such all stuff both clinical and non-clinical are very approachable.
