Trust Locum Consultant Psychiatrist

Leeds & York partnership are seeking Trust Locum Psychiatrists to join our Acute Male Inpatient service on Ward 3 Becklin Centre. Working as a locum doctor in the Trust offers flexibility in that it is an opportunity to familiarise yourself with LYPFT and provides Consultant experience whilst considering substantive options. All out Trust locum positions will be advertised substantively too. These posts do not require you to attend an AAC, but there will be a formal interview process. The terms and conditions are the same as for a substantively recruited Consultant and there is flexibility in length of appointment of between 6 to 23 months. A variety of posts are available across many specialities. The posts attract a competitive starting salary for newly qualified consultants commencing on point 5 of the consultant pay scale, annual leave.
