Dolphins Practice in Haywards Heath currently have a vacancy for a 4-6 session GP. Dolphins is a well established training practice with a strong ethic in professional development in a supportive and inclusive environment. As a non partnership practice, we have additional resources via our stakeholder, Sussex Community Foundation Trust.

We are actively seeking a GP with an interest in Diabetes and Frailty. We are able to support training and development in theses areas if required. The post would suit either a newly qualified GP or a GP with more experience.

All General Practitioner duties. The role includes overseeing our frailty and care home population. Leading on Developing our Diabetes Care supported by our Diabetic Team. Supporting the GP clinical team with our training and supervision.

We have implemented Total Clinical Triage and we follow the BMA safer way of working.
