The General Practitioner role at Operose Health involves delivering high-quality clinical care to patients at The Randolph Surgery. Practitioners will work six sessions a week, specifically on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, focusing on improving patient outcomes and experiences. Key responsibilities include maintaining clinical governance, providing care aligned with the total triage model through various consultation formats, and collaborating with the Practice Manager to support surgery action plans.
