GP Practice Administrator - Fixed Term

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our administrative team over the summer period.

This is a fixed-term opportunity and would suit someone looking to gain experience in a busy NHS primary care settingfor example, those considering a future career in medicine, nursing, or allied health professions.

Support processing of referrals and onward care pathways Manage incoming clinical correspondence and documents Update patient records accurately on EMIS Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team

Ensure timely and accurate handling of patient information

We have a friendly and longstanding team of GPs, allied healthcare professionals and non-clinicians. We are rated good in all CQC domains and outstanding for responsiveness. We have a friendly and supportive patient participating group & we offer the opportunity to do additional weekend and evening working at our Extended Access services
