General Practitioner - Isca Medical Centre

Isca Medical Centre is looking for a Salaried GP or GP Retainer to join our established practice in Caerleon. We care for around 9,300 patients across our Caerleon and Ponthir sites and have a friendly, experienced team with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. We are offering 24 sessions per week, making this an ideal opportunity for a GP Retainer or a GP looking for a flexible, part-time role. We can offer flexibility around working days and a supportive environment in which GPs are valued as part of the wider practice team. Salary: £10,000£12,500 per session, per annum.

The successful GP will provide safe, effective and patient-centred care to our practice population. Main duties will include face-to-face and telephone consultations, managing acute and long-term conditions, reviewing results and clinical correspondence, making referrals, prescribing safely and completing associated clinical administration. The GP will work closely with the wider practice team and contribute to clinical meetings, safeguarding, quality improvement and the ongoing development of services.
