Supporting delivery of enhanced services, population health initiatives, and PCN service specifications. Participating in clinical meetings, learning events, and quality improvement activities that contribute to continuous service development. Contributing to a supportive training environment, including involvement with GP Registrars where appropriate. Undertaking a mixture of clinical and associated administrative work linked to patient care, including reviewing results, correspondence, prescriptions, and related documentation. Participating in home visits where clinically appropriate. Supporting a positive, inclusive, and patient-focused working culture across the organisation.
