About the role
North Swindon Practice is looking for a Salaried GP (6-8 sessions) to join our busy but supportive GP Practice serving circa. 20,000 patients.
15 mins appointments, 12 patients per session Supportive, experienced clinical and management team Training practice with strong mentorship and learning culture Strong MDT including nurse practitioners, pharmacists, visiting paramedic and ARRS roles NHS Pension, 7 weeks leave (6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave) CPD, appraisal and revalidation fully supported Newly qualified and experienced GPs welcome (mentorship provided)
Provide comprehensive, patient centred medical care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of health conditions. Conduct consultations in person, by phone, or online, and develop appropriate management plans. Prescribe and review medications, arrange investigations, and refer patients to specialist services where needed. Promote health education and preventative care, while maintaining accurate and up to date clinical records. Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality, safe, and effective care
