As a General Practitioner at Operose Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery. You will work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan. This role involves participation in clinical governance activities and contributing to improvements in health outcomes through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework. You will provide clinical care in accordance with the job plan, including in-person and video consultations, telephone triage, medication reviews, and more. Adhering to the highest personal and professional standards set by the GMC is a priority. You will also work alongside the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support the development, delivery, and review of the surgery action plan, focusing on areas such as patient satisfaction, quality of care, and resource management. The ideal candidate will have current registration with the GMC, GP accreditation, and a commitment to patient-focused services, along with experience in clinical systems like SystmOne or EMISweb.
