The Key Medical Practice is a 12500-patient surgery sitting at the heart of its community in Kidlington, providing accessible, high-quality primary care to the patients and families who depend on it whilst also being a warm and friendly place to work. High-quality support is given to ensure plenty of time to focus on clinical work and professional development. Work plan: 13 x 15-minute routine appointments per morning session and 12 x 15-minute routine appointments per afternoon session. Locally provided Home Visiting service. Less than 1 visit per week typically. 6 weeks annual leave/1 week study leave pro rata Extra annual leave well-being day. Branch Surgery in Yarnton (1.7 miles away) Our surgery hours are 08.30 18.30. In-house educational program. Alternating weekly clinical and GP meetings. No out of hours or weekend commitments. Daily debrief over coffee for all clinicians. We are a training practice. Full multidisciplinary team (Nursing team, Pharmacists, AHPs, Physios). Good focus on maintaining positive work life balance Support and contacts provided to develop your portfolio career. The Person:

We are looking to appoint an experienced GP who is motivated, independent, and interested in providing high quality clinical services to a varied population. The successful applicant will be expected to work flexibly across the 2 sites and subject to agreement this may include some weekend hours in their pattern of work. The Practice has a high-achieving QOF track record and is closely involved in local GP-led commissioning, with mostly paperless administration; our main practice system is EMIS Web, and our GPs also Docman regularly.
