Salaried GP

Pathfields Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic and patient-centred Salaried General Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive, and forward-thinking practice team. The position is permanent and sessions and days are to be determined. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a GP who is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. As a Salaried GP, you will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, managing acute and chronic conditions, promoting preventative healthcare, and supporting patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes. You will work alongside experienced clinical and non-clinical colleagues, including GPs, Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Pharmacists, and administrative teams. To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
