To provide high-quality, patient-centredprimary medical care to the registered population of Eynsham Medical Group, in line with GMC standards, NHS contractual requirements, and best clinical practice. You will be working 4 to 6 sessions per week.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Clinical Care Provide safe, effective medical care via face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in line with NICE guidance. Participate in triage, duty doctorrota, and home visits asrequired. Clinical Governance and Quality Maintainaccurateclinical records and contribute to audit and quality improvement. Participate in significant event analysis and safeguarding processes. Multidisciplinary Working Work collaboratively with the wider MDT and PCN colleagues.
