Salaried GP

The Practice is looking to recruit a 4-5 session Salaried GP . The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.

The Post holder will undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence. Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other health care workers within the organisation Assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems. In general the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.

A high achieving, patient centred practice. You will be joining our clinical team of 2 GP Partners, 5 Salaried GPs and full nursing team. We work within a friendly Primary Care Network of 5 surgeries the network provides additional roles to our surgery, physiotherapy, social prescribing, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and mental health. We offer in house minor surgery and also run community clinics. We have a very strong administration team supporting the clinicians.
