Join the welcoming and highly regarded Radiology Team at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trustas a permanent full-time or part-time General Radiology Consultant with a subspecialist interest. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Consultant Radiologist to join our friendly, collaborative and forward-thinking department. This is a general Radiology post with opportunities to develop and expand subspecialty interests within a supportive and cohesive team environment. The post is offered at 10 PAs. We welcome applications from candidates across all radiology subspecialties. However, we are particularly keen to hear from those with interests in: o Head & Neck Imagingo Breast Imagingo Nuclear Medicine These areas are key to the continued growth of our services, and successful candidates will have the opportunity to help shape and enhance specialist pathways within the department. We are currently offering an exceptional £12,000 welcome payment: o £4,000 on joiningo £4,000 after 13 months' serviceo £4,000 after 25 months' service In addition, successful candidates may be eligible for a relocation package of up to £8,000 (subject to terms and conditions). You will be expected to participate in the on call rota, currently 1 in 12. Overnight and weekend on-call working is supported by teleradiology with outsourcing for CT/MRI from 7pm to 9am on weekdays and 3pm to 9am at weekends. There is a separate networked Interventional Radiology on-call rota. Applicants must have FRCR or equivalent and are expected to hold, or to obtain within six months, UK Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training and entry on the Specialist Register.
