Locum Consultant Gynaecologist

This post is to strengthen the existing team of Gynaecologists at the Liverpool Women's Hospital. The team provides care to women across Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales, and the Isle of Mann. The successful candidate will play an important role in assisting with the provision of general gynaecology, including emergency gynaecology, outpatient general and special interest gynaecology clinics as well as inpatient elective gynaecological surgery both major and minimal access. The successful candidate may participate in provision of emergency gynaecology. This will not include on call out of hours but may include being a part of 'hot week' team for general gynaecology. Theywill be expected to contribute to medical education for undergraduate and postgraduate doctors.
