About the role
The Wolverton Centre (Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust ) is looking to recruit a full-time substantive consultant in Sexual Health and HIV. The centre is located on the Kingston Hospital site and prides itself on being a modern and progressive service, providing high quality care for patients presenting with both STI and contraceptive needs, as well as patients living with HIV. A range of clinics; general integrated sexual health, complex (consultant led clinics), and nurse led clinics currently exist across the service and in addition the service has psychology support. There is also a well-established vulval pain service supported by clinical psychology and a newly established tertiary level vulval MDT which is a clinical collaboration between the Gynaecology/Dermatology and Sexual Health consultants and runs a monthly clinic. The successful candidate will provide clinical care in both the integrated sexual health service and the HIV Service. They will also provide support and training to the clinical team as well as contributing to the clinical governance of the department.
