As an ARRS General Practitioner at Operose Health, based in Kings Road Medical Centre, you will work four sessions per week (Monday and Wednesday) delivering high-quality clinical care to patients. You will collaborate closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the surgery's operational plan. This role requires a commitment to maintaining quality within the practice, participating in clinical governance activities, and contributing to quality health outcomes through audits and adhering to CQC standards. You will provide clinical care through consultation sessions, telephone triage, correspondence, and other clinical administration. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support surgery action plans, patient satisfaction, and other key performance targets.
