So why this position? We have an excellent team of staff all motivated, committed and passionate to provide the very best care to our patients. We provide a positive safe environment and culture in which to practice medicine. The post will have the opportunity to provide minor surgery as well as understanding how a dispensing practice functions. We support our clinical team to engage in practice improvement and contributing to the future of the practice. We are a training practice for medical students and GP registrars. There will be an opportunity to be involved with teaching and training of medical students and registrars. We will be improving our practice premises in the 5 years ahead providing up to date facilities. We include 6 weeks annual leave with bank holidays in addition. There is one week study leave in addition. Indemnity fees are covered. We have a list size of 6500 and a full team including GPs, Nurses, HCA, ACPs, Dispensers, Reception, Secretarial and Administrative staff. We employ apprentices to help train our next generation.
